For owners, managers and boards
What an owner gets for a building job
Bed bugs are a building problem and a paperwork problem. We work on both.
A record for each unit
What we found, what we did and what is left to do, by unit number.
Notices written for the building
Plain and dated, saying pest control and nothing more.
A schedule residents can follow
Treatment dates by floor and line, with the follow-up dates on the same page.
Follow-up inspection reports
Each unit is checked again, and the report says which ones declined access.
Documents for your file
Reports you can pass to a board, an insurer or an attorney as they are.
One person to call
Nathalie Crichlow handles scheduling with supers, managing agents and boards.
A building program
The first six weeks
A typical sequence. Your schedule depends on how many units are involved and how access goes.
- Week 1
Step 1: Walkthrough and inspections
We meet the super, inspect the units that called and the ones around them, and record each one.
- Week 2
Step 2: Estimate, notices and prep
You get the written estimate with a line per unit. Residents get the notice and the prep sheet.
- Weeks 3 and 4
Step 3: Treatment days
Units are heated in an order that keeps neighbors from being treated while untreated units sit beside them.
- Week 6
Step 4: Follow-up inspections
Each treated unit is inspected again and any that need it are treated a second time.

What a board should have in writing
A board carries the decision, so we put the decision on paper.
